Abstract

CRM PUBLICIDAD SAS is a company of temporary services of personal directed to provide skilled and unskilled labor services for industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil, security, cleaning services and services in general. During his almost 10 years of experience he has identified that one of the aspects to improve that deliver added value to their customers is the promotion and socialization of workplace safety issues to their employees and the reduction of disability from occupational accidents because these generate reductions important in the productivity of your customers. Taking into account the above, makes it necessary to have a tool that allows the active involvement of the employee in matters of safety at work, accident prevention and relate the training of this with the reported accidents. The objective of the present degree work, was the development of a Web application that allowed, on the one hand register training material on safety issues at work and on the other hand make the employee an observer of unsafe conditions. Likewise, toast the employer the possibility of relating the promotion of these issues to the accidents in the job. This development was carried out over a period of 4 months and The agile SCRUM methodology was used.
