Propuesta para el mejoramiento en cuanto a la trazabilidad de la carga, en la empresa Vía logística integral S.A.S

Abstract

This work has a double objective. First, identify and analyze the needs presented by the company Via logistics integral s.a.s regarding the process of tracking and traceability of the cargo. Secondly, to put into practice my knowledge, skills and experience in the national and international freight transport sector, in order to present a proposal to the company that can improve its process efficiently, saving time in its processes, loyalty to the client with a better service and in the same way contributing to the growth of this, since, with an excellent service provided, they will keep the customers already affected and the new ones will be loyal.
