Abstract

This document contains information associated with the creation of a tool related to the development and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), aimed at civil works contractors with less than 10 workers, considering that they are micro and small, that the personnel of this type of company lacks concrete information that allows them to know in an easy and accessible way on this subject, the document was prepared following the logical framework methodology proposed by the United Nations, as a result a primer was generated easy to consult, very dynamic, with which the employer can understand what the OHSMS refers to, how important it is, how it can be applied; additionally, it contributes to knowledge by providing resources and information that facilitates the implementation of the OHSMS in this type of companies, generates benefits in two ways since it not only favors the employer but also the Occupational Health and Safety professional who will have better communication with the employer since it serves As an informative guide on the OHSMS, which facilitates communication, concepts and proposals on Occupational Health and Safety matters, as projections to this initiative, proposals are made towards research aimed mainly at facilitating access to information by digital means (application) framed in technologies At the forefront, likewise, designs and tools could be advanced to advance workshops that allow linking MiPymes in training processes or generating proposals towards the creation of companies that provide this service to MiPymes of this nature and in this sector.
